I bought fresh milk for my breakfast today. Its Dutch Lady Fresh Milk. You know i'm not a fan of milk since im saperated from my bottle when i was 7..hehe. I want to drink milk because i've read this article on how to get smarter kids..ahha!! long term planning ni.. So, back to the subject, a mother have to drink at least one glass of fresh milk in the morning and 1 glass at night to make the child's brain grow. You see, im not that smart...but i will do my best to make my kid smart..so i have to start practising by today...hahah!!
But..there is a side effect when i drink milk. Its okay at first but i started to feel bloated in my stomach and constant defications ehee.. Ive been experimenting this side effects since last sunday when i bought milk with mom that day.
Maybe im lactose intolerence...from the direct source that is. If not i cant eat ice-cream, cakes and cheese right? My stomach happily digest those food without any problem. So what should i make of this? My stomach does not happy with me drinking the most healthy drink in the world? Should i ditch it? Or just continue with it until it get used to it? Hermm...i think i'll try it a few days more, to see what happen.
