Fuhh!! its been a long time since i've excersice and suddenly out of blue aku nak join Energizer Night Race 2011!! Wehuuu!! Aku pegi with my cousin sebab kawan2 aku yang lain semua buntut berat kihkih!!
Ini lah benda nyee..heheheh
So in preparation for the event, this is what i want to do to build up my stamina. Manusia itu memang suka memplan tapi exercution adalah tidak ketentuan. So this is the list! :p :
1. Beli sport shoes - im already aiming one at Bata clearence sale at e-Curve the other day, i wanted to buy then but i see this cute kitten heels then u know what happen la.. Tend to buy the shoe approximately by tomorrow sebab sangt murah leyy..Rm 30 je :D
2. Always take the stairs rather then the elevator or escelator - i live in a condomaniam and my floor is on the fifteenth so my plan is to take the elevator to 13th and from there guna stairs la..hhihi :D
3. Lepas subuh...berjalan kaki di sekitar bukit.. buat 200m first. From there increase the distance larhh.. :D
So, that was the plan, will be executed from Monday 31/1/2011 and will be continued till 15/04/2011..
